Terms of Service

Oasis by Diana Pimiento is a medical tourism concierge company. We facilitate connections between international patients and independent, licensed medical professionals and clinics in Cali, Colombia. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or perform medical procedures. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by the licensed physicians and institutions in our network.

Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By submitting a consultation request, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Submitting a consultation form does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. Our team will review your inquiry and respond within 24 business hours. A formal service agreement will be presented before any booking or payment is made.

All content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results of medical procedures vary by individual. Oasis by Diana Pimiento makes no guarantees regarding surgical outcomes. You are encouraged to consult with your primary care physician before undertaking any medical procedure abroad.

Concierge service fees, procedure costs, and cancellation policies will be detailed in your individual service agreement. In general:

• Medical procedure costs are set by the treating physicians and clinics, not by Oasis
• Concierge coordination fees are payable as specified in your service agreement
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date are eligible for a full refund of concierge fees
• Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on costs already incurred

Oasis may arrange or recommend transport, accommodation, and recovery services. These are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by airlines, hotels, or ground transportation providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis by Diana Pimiento shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Medical outcomes or complications from procedures performed by independent physicians
• Acts or omissions of third-party logistics providers
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government travel restrictions

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the concierge fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Oasis by Diana Pimiento and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago de Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
